Color Matching

Icing colors are matched as closely as possible to your invitation/decor. Please remember that colors may appear differently on different devices and an exact match is tough but I think I do pretty well! I cannot guarantee a color match to be exact but we will get it as close as possible.

In terms of design, the best thing you can do is send me your invite/decor/Pinterest board! That is so helpful in the design process. I do my best work when given creative freedom so I will give calendar priority to those orders. If you want a specific design, I can do that but prefer not to copy other cookiers designs exactly. I will put my own spin on it. The more info you can provide me, the better! Don't forget to list relevant names/dates/ages, all the things!!! Please also remember to list anything that you DO NOT want incorporated into the design.

Pickups, Transporting & Freezing

Contact-less pickups are done at my home in South Weymouth, MA. Exact address will be listed on your invoice. Please be on time for your pickup. If you are early, please wait in your car until your pick up time. If you are running late or need a later pick up time, please let me know as early as possible (especially if you chose an earlier pickup window). I often stay up until the wee hours and if I can get any extra sleep I’m a much happier cookie lady!

Sorry, I am unable to ship cookies due to MA law.

When transporting cookies, they should be kept flat (preferably not stacked if there are multiple boxes) and put somewhere to minimize shaking/moving.
Cookies should be stored in a cool, dry environment, but not the fridge. Unwrapped cookies will be fresh for a few days, but heat sealed will last up to two weeks. Cookies can also be frozen for months! Many people say they taste better after being frozen!

To freeze, put wrapped or unwrapped (place parchment between cookies) into tupperware and into freezer. When you are ready to eat the cookies take them out of the freezer several hours in advance and DO NOT open the tupperware until they are completely thawed to prevent condensation.
