A note about the ordering process:
When filling out the form below, please select your pickup date. If your date is not available, please email me at tinykitchencookiecompany@gmail.com and I may still be able to help. All communications are done via email, this is to help me stay organized and have all of the pertinent information about your order in one place to refer back to. Designs are discussed via email about 3-5 days in advance of pickup. No designs will be presented prior to orders being confirmed and deposits being paid. Once I review your form, I’ll reach out with any questions and send your invoice for deposit with a link for payment through Quickbooks. Balances are due one week prior to pickup and you will receive an email reminder. The pickup address, date and time are all listed on your invoice, please refer to the invoice for that information. On pickup day, your cookies will be placed on the table next to my side door either on the table or in the bin on the table during inclement weather. Please do not come prior to your pick up time. If you will be later than 10/15 minutes, please email me so that I can be aware.

Pricing
Custom cookies are more than just a sweet option for an event, they are edible works of art. I must admit that when I first learned about them, I looked into pricing and was a little surprised at the cost….until I decided to dive in and start to make them myself. Holy moly are they labor intensive! Hundreds of hours of practice, research, learning and testing goes into creating the perfect cookies/icing and technique. They truly are a labor of love. Below you will find my pricing tiers. If you aren’t sure which best suits your needs, we can absolutely discuss!
Minimum purchase for standard size cookies is two dozen. If you plan to purchase mini cookies, the minimum is 4 dozen unless they are being added to a standard size cookie order, in which the minimum is 2 dozen.
50% deposit is due to confirm your order & the balance is due no later than one week before pickup. Your order will not be on my schedule/confirmed until a deposit is made. Payment can be made via a link in your invoice email. You will have 48 hours to pay the deposit or you can pay in full. If you are paying the deposit please remember to change the amount when paying.

Wedding packages are priced slightly higher because typically they take extra time and attention and oftentimes, since they are larger, I cannot take other orders or do other events on the weeks they are booked.
Cookies can be individually heat sealed in cello bags keeping them fresh for up to two weeks for $3/dz. Each bag will have a sticker with ingredients and my company info.
Add a ribbon or twine to each bagged cookie for an add’l $9/dz unless there is a specific type of ribbon request that may require an upcharge.
Or take them unwrapped (just boxed) for no additional charge if the plan is to eat them within a few days!
Unwrapped cookies must be picked up the day before or the day of the event to ensure freshness.
All cookies come in a bakery box, larger orders will come either in multiple boxes or in larger cake style boxes.

Looking for something simple but sweet? This package is for you!
This package includes fully Eddie printed cookies (see my IG for Eddie in action). I can print any images from personal photographs to logos (with permission). Again, please order through the link on my home page.
This tier also includes plain iced shapes.
This package does not include lettering, piping, florals, metallics, projector use. These would be plain flooded shapes like hearts or shamrocks etc.
For orders of 2 dozen, 1 design maximum. For 3 dozen or more, 2 designs. If it’s a fully printed order, we can use different images (several for one order - let’s discuss!)

Detailed (90% of orders will fall into this category)
This package includes up to 4 colors (aside from white which is already included), 3-5 designs, minimal lettering/piping, some texture, some basic airbrushing/Eddie printing and stenciling, simple florals/greenery, some metallics.
For orders of 2 dozen, 3 designs maximum. For 3-4 dozen, 4 designs max. For 5 dozen or more, up to 5 designs.
This package does not necessarily incorporate all of the above techniques but could be any combination of them.

Deluxe (Character sets and very detailed sets - see description below)
This package can include up to 7 colors, 6-8 designs (this is highly dependent on theme, quantity, etc.), 3d florals/greenery, hand painting/water color, elaborate lettering/piping, texture, metallics, stenciling, airbrushing, Eddie printing (sometimes requires purchasing of image files but this is not an extra cost). This package would also include favorite things sets and some character sets. ALL. THE. THINGS!
For orders of a 2 dozen, 6 designs maximum. For orders of 3-4 dozen, 7 designs max. For orders of 5 dozen or more, up to 8 designs.
This package does not necessarily incorporate all of the above techniques but could be any combo or may just be a design with a large palette of colors or heavy airbrushing or lots of painting, etc. You get the drift!

All the…small things
Minis range from $24-36/dz. The smaller pumpkins pictured are in mini size.
Adding to an order of standard size? (min. of 24)
I don’t typically recommend ordering minis on their own as they are small and very limited on designs. However if you need something simple like a bunch of hearts or pumpkins etc. minis may make sense. I can also do printed minis.
Ordering just minis? (min. of 48)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be honored up until 4 weeks prior to pick up date for a full refund less processing fees. If you need to cancel after that (within 4 weeks of pick up) your deposit will not be refunded but can be applied toward a future order, provided I have room in my calendar for that specific date. Please understand that I can only take limited orders each week and if I take your order, I likely have to turn down other orders.
Wedding Cancellations will be honored up until 90 days prior to the pickup with a refund less processing fees. This is due to the fact they are typically a large quantity and likely the only cookies I can book for that specific week. I will need plenty of time to try to re-book new orders. Cancellations within 90 days of pickup will result in a credit for a future order.
No refunds will be made for design choices or colors as exact matches are difficult to achieve. Please be sure to use the form to indicate anything you want or do not want to avoid any issues with design.
