Eddie, the edible ink printer, is an elevated edible ink printer. Say goodbye to those sugar sheets and say hello to this incredible technology that can print anything and everything onto icing! But will it taste the same as the cookies you know and love? YES! The cookie and icing recipe are exactly the same.

Once the cookie is iced and dried, the cookies are run through Eddie where whatever images you want are printed with edible ink directly on to the icing.

It’s truly amazing what Eddie can achieve! Photos, graphics, logos, backgrounds, QR codes, you name it!

Best part? Eddie printed cookies take much less time so they are at a fraction of the cost of the same design using the piping method.

Because Eddie printed cookies take much less time, I am making them a permanent staple on my website, meaning, you don’t have to book them through my custom cookie calendar. Once ordered your cookies should be ready within 4-7 days, or on your specified date if you need them in the future. This, of course, is subject to scheduling but I can almost always accommodate a 4-7 day turnaround time. Larger orders may need more notice so if you ever want to double check, shoot me an email!
